A couple of months ago I removed the BoingBoing feed from my Bloglines page because there was so much overlap with del.icio.us/popular and because the repetitive themes of the various BoingBoingers was getting on my nerves. You know:
- Mark = 50s cartoonists;
- David = cryptozoology;
- Xeni = sex toys || radio/TV appearance || sex toys;
- Cory = Disney || DRM || latest talk || totally cool retro-80s t-shirt with Mario;
So today I run across “Cory Doctorow visits a Radio Shack,” an inspired playlet written by someone who has also overdosed on BB. I did not ROFLMAO, nor did I LOL, but I did smile as I read it, which is high praise from a cranky old man like me. The comments are pretty funny, too.
