Cairo cover

Like Stephen Hackett—and inspired by his brief post last week—I bought this Cairo throw from Areaware. It arrived today in a nice little drawstring bag and is as wonderful as I’d hoped. Susan Kare’s Cairo font designs are scattered over a 6′ by 4′ spread, black-on-white on one side and white-on-black on the other.
You can get other color combinations, but that would be wrong.
It goes well with my Control Panel print, but I don’t intend to hang it up as a decoration. I’m using it to keep my legs and feet warm on cold winter evenings.
